Who Are We?

Asociacija IVAIGO is a dynamic non-governmental organization based in Vilnius, Lithuania, composed of ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds, including teachers, trainers, psychologists, marketing specialists, project managers, and social workers. Our mission is to empower individuals through inclusive, accessible, and lifelong learning opportunities that foster personal growth, skills development, and social inclusion. We offer a variety of activities, including events, courses, internships, summer camps, training sessions, and Erasmus+ and other EU-funded projects. These initiatives provide youth and adults with opportunities to develop skills, gain valuable knowledge, and experience intercultural learning that complements formal education or fills gaps that traditional schooling may not address.

Our efforts focus on education, self-improvement, healthy living, sustainability, active citizenship, and digital literacy. We are committed to supporting marginalized and disadvantaged groups, such as people with disabilities, migrants, and refugees, by providing accessible educational opportunities and fostering social inclusion.

The activities of Asociacija IVAIGO are carried out by six specialized teams, each focusing on a distinct area of the organization’s mission and strategic goals. These teams provide opportunities for individuals to contribute based on their interests and expertise.

  3. Courses Team

    • Develops and delivers specialized courses for diverse target groups.

    • Manages certification and accreditation processes.

  4. Projects Team

    • Creates engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and podcasts.

    • Promotes organizational activities and attracts participants.

    • Oversees event dissemination and ensures long-term sustainability through strategic outreach.

    • Maintains relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
