He plays a key role in implementing sports programs that promote well-being and social inclusion. As a certified Duke of Edinburgh program supervisor and an AI-driven content creator, he integrates innovative approaches to encourage healthy lifestyles and community engagement.

Ugnė manages the planning and execution of Erasmus+ and EU-funded projects with a strong focus on international collaboration. Holding a degree in Public Relations and pursuing postgraduate studies in Communication, she thrives on connecting people and fostering cross-cultural learning. Her experience in organizing events and international projects contributes to IVAIGO's growing impact in the youth sector.

Gaivilė is a Music Management student who combines creativity with strong organizational skills. As IVAIGO’s Office and Course Coordinator, she ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her structured yet friendly approach helps create a positive environment where both learners and educators feel supported and engaged throughout the learning process.

Karina has a background in Digital Marketing and Communication. At IVAIGO, she works on content creation, documentation, and social media management. She also helps with communication materials, marketing activities, and project-related tasks. Karina enjoys bringing clarity and creativity into her work, creating visuals and texts that reflect IVAIGO’s ideas and values.

Loreta holds a degree in Lithuanian Linguistics from Vilnius University and has a professional background in publishing and media as a language editor. She has spent many years working internationally as a yoga and meditation teacher, wellness event organiser, and retreat host. Deeply committed to educational initiatives, she has a strong love for languages and discovering new cultures. As a Lithuanian language educator, Loreta applies a holistic and mindful approach that helps learners build confidence, stay curious, and form a meaningful connection with the language.

Vaida leads Asociacija IVAIGO with a strategic vision and a deep commitment to inclusion and lifelong learning. Holding a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a CELTA certification, she brings over a decade of experience in project management and coordination, with a special focus on Erasmus+ initiatives and working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students. Vaida's leadership ensures the successful implementation of projects that empower individuals and foster meaningful international collaborations.

Edvin brings fresh creative energy to IVAIGO, combining his Marketing studies with practical experience in content creation. Passionate about visual storytelling, he works across video editing, digital design, and multimedia production. His attention to detail and drive for quality support both project coordination and communication. Curious and proactive, Edvin continually expands his skills and adds innovation to every task, contributing to IVAIGO’s dynamic and inclusive mission.

Ona plays a crucial role in developing and delivering specialized courses tailored to youth and adults. Her diverse background in healthcare enriches her ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and support participant engagement. Ona's adaptability and keen interest in exploring new career paths drive her to continually enhance IVAIGO's educational offerings.

Originally from abroad and now living in Lithuania, Basil brings an international perspective and a strong interest in language and communication. With degrees in Social Media and Game Design and in Marketing and Advertising—and now pursuing a Master’s in Integrated Communication—he has experience in education, writing, and media research. Having learned Lithuanian as a migrant, he understands the real challenges of adapting to a new language and uses the strategies that helped him become fluent. He supports learners, especially newcomers, in building confidence and improving their English and Lithuanian for study, work, and everyday life.

Müge is an accomplished Project Coordinator with a PhD in Energy Technology, focusing on
renewable energy. Recognized by TUBITAK 2211-C National PhD Scholarship Program for her work in priority fields of Science and Technology, and the 2214-International Research Fellowship Programme, her academic prowess in renewable energy is commendable.

Greta is the driving force behind IVAIGO's digital presence, crafting engaging content and managing social media outreach. With a background in Sales and Marketing, she combines her passion for video production and digital storytelling to attract and engage diverse audiences. Greta's creativity and strategic thinking play a key role in enhancing IVAIGO's visibility and impact.

Nida, with a major in Public Communication, brings her passion for writing and speaking to IVAIGO. Her early involvement in volunteering helped her realize that communication is her true calling. As a text editor, she ensures that IVAIGO's message is clear, engaging, and impactful across various platforms.

Inga holds a degree in Lithuanian Language Teaching and a Master’s in Lithuanistics, with experience as a language editor and content creator. Lithuanian education has always been part of her daily life, and she actively supports others in developing strong language skills and expression. She believes that valuing one’s native language is key to cultural identity, while learning new languages opens doors to fresh perspectives and meaningful connections. For Inga, language learning is not just about grammar—it is about communication, curiosity, and relationships.
