Main aim of the project: To empower young people to improve their emotional well-being, resilience, self-confidence, and social skills through mindfulness, outdoor activities, self-defense, and intercultural learning. Participants will learn how to transform personal challenges into opportunities for personal growth and active participation in society.
Age of participants: 18-30 years old
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
We are looking for 7 participants plus 1 Group Leader.
Important: Before the Youth Exchange, an Advance Planning Visit (APV) will take place. Two representatives from Lithuania (1 group leader and 1 participant) will be required to attend the APV and later participate in the Youth Exchange project.
