Main aim: to promote inclusion and equality in adult education by enhancing the capacity of small adult education providers and improving their competitiveness through the use of digital tools and solutions.
Objectives:
Introduce adult education organizations to digital opportunities and equip them with practical tools for implementation in daily operations.
Enhance the knowledge and skills of management and staff in using digital tools to improve the education and training process.
Facilitate the learning and integration of digital information and artificial intelligence into adult education practices.
Strengthen the capacity of organizations to develop and implement digital solutions in their daily work.
Activities:
Latvia – Project Coordination
Latvia (DIJA Educational Centre) acted as the coordinating partner and was responsible for overall project management and quality assurance.
During the regular online coordination meetings, partners:
reviewed project structure and responsibilities,
shared digital and AI-based practices in adult education,
agreed on implementation steps and follow-up activities.
Latvia ensured smooth coordination, documentation of activities, and alignment with Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project objectives.
Lithuania – Training
The Lithuanian partner contributed to the practical implementation of digital tools and shared expertise in adult education digitalisation.
IVAIGO hosted an international training in Lithuania (January 2025) focused on:
analysing digital needs in adult education,
testing digital tools and hybrid learning methods,
applying Agile-based working approaches,
preparing practical implementation materials.
The Lithuanian team supported the development of practical resources and dissemination activities.

Granada (Spain) – Training
In March 2025 (4–8 March), partners met in Granada, Spain for the second mobility of the project, hosted by Neotalentway.
