Unboxed Democratic Youth

Main aim: to foster democratic participation among young people by utilizing the power of filmmaking and storytelling. The project will engage young participants in the creation of a movie that raises awareness about democratic values, encourages active citizenship, and highlights the importance of youth voices in shaping democratic societies.

Objectives:

1. Increase awareness and understanding of democratic principles and practices among young people.

2. Empower young participants to actively engage in democratic processes and decision-making.

3. Enhance the media literacy skills, critical thinking, and digital storytelling abilities of the participants.

4. Foster cross-cultural understanding and collaboration among participants from different countries.

5. Create a thought-provoking and impactful movie that raises awareness about democratic participation and inspires action.

1. A kick-off meeting in Lithuania.

2. Project Launch and Training online organized by all 3 partners.

3. Research and Story Development in each partner country.

4. Production and Filming in the Czech Republic.

5. Post-production and Editing in France.

6. Film Screening and Awareness Campaign.

7. Online Distribution and Outreach.

8. Final meeting in Lithuania.
