Main aim: to empower young people by using yoga and mindfulness practices to reduce stress, manage anger, and promote emotional balance, strengthening their overall mental well-being and resilience.
Objectives:
Equip young people with practical knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, and stress management techniques to improve emotional regulation and mental health.
Strengthen understanding of the connection between mind, body, and environment, encouraging healthier and more balanced lifestyles.
Promote accessible and engaging methods, such as practical yoga sessions and mindfulness exercises, for managing stress and emotions.
Create a supportive environment where participants can share experiences and develop confidence in addressing mental health challenges.
Encourage long-term personal growth by supporting participants in applying learned practices in their daily lives and communities.
Activities: Youth Exchange in Lithuania | April 2025 (planned) The main activity will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, bringing together 30 young people and group leaders from partner countries. Participants will engage in daily yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, and interactive workshops focused on stress reduction, emotional regulation, and mental well-being. Activities will include breathing exercises, guided meditation, group discussions, and practical exercises aimed at improving emotional balance.
Workshops on Emotional Regulation and Well-being
Participants will explore the causes of stress and anger, learning how to recognize emotional triggers and respond using mindfulness and yoga techniques. Sessions will combine theoretical input with practical activities to support emotional awareness and self-regulation.
Gamification and Creative Learning Activities
Interactive workshops will introduce gamified approaches to well-being, encouraging participants to design engaging methods for practicing mindfulness and stress management. Group work, presentations, and collaborative exercises will support creativity and teamwork.
Community Engagement Activities
Participants will apply their knowledge in real-life settings by introducing basic yoga and mindfulness practices to local communities, promoting awareness of mental well-being and healthy lifestyles.
Project Management and Dissemination Activities
Project management, coordination, and dissemination activities will be carried out throughout the project to ensure effective implementation and visibility. Partners will organise meetings, share results, and engage wider audiences. Results:

Strengthened confidence and self-awareness in dealing with emotional challenges.
