Ugnė holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Vilnius University of Applied Sciences and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Communication and Information at Vilnius University. With a strong passion for communication, she is dedicated to exploring the world through various channels of communication. Her experience in organizing events and contributing to international projects has equipped her with valuable project management skills. Ugnė thrives on connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and firmly believes that embracing diversity is essential for both personal and professional growth.

Austė is a driven and passionate learner with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Since 15 years old she has been participating in Erasmus+ projects, travelling the world and meeting new people.As a student of economics and politics, Austė is eager to embrace new challenges, develop her skill set,explore opportunities that broaden her perspective, and push her beyond her comfort zone. Austė is always seeking ways to make a meaningful impact through her work and experiences.

Vaida, the driving force behind Asociacija IVAIGO, brings a wealth of knowledge with her
Master's in Mathematics. Her decade-long experience in project coordination and management, coupled with her expertise as a project writer, makes her an invaluable asset. She also holds a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate and is
skilled in working with Special Educational Needs students.

Ona seamlessly blends her deep interest in medicine with her administrative role, leveraging her healthcare journey to excel in discipline, time management, and communication. Her capacity to tackle challenges and connect with new people enhances her pivotal role within the team. Engaged in both the administrative and medical fields, Ona's expertise significantly contributes to the hospital, underscoring her adaptability and relentless pursuit of new opportunities. Despite her rich background in healthcare, she is eager to explore diverse career paths, demonstrating her adaptability and unwavering ambition to broaden her professional landscape.

Raminta is an event organizer and coordinator with a lifelong passion for creating memorable experiences. With over 8 years of experience across various roles—administration, management, sales, event coordination and more — Raminta has developed strong organizational and creative skills, consistently bringing fresh ideas to every project. Driven by creativity and a commitment to meaningful work, Raminta believes in the power of teamwork and strives to deliver exceptional events that inspire, connect people, and leave them with something valuable to take away.

Müge is an accomplished Project Coordinator with a PhD in Energy Technology, focusing on
renewable energy. Recognized by TUBITAK 2211-C National PhD Scholarship Program for her work in priority fields of Science and Technology, and the 2214-International Research Fellowship Programme, her academic prowess in renewable energy is commendable.

Greta, a graduate of Sales and Marketing studies, actively connects her life with creative work. Her passions are social media, filming, and video production, driving her to learn new skills and strive for continuous improvement. With experience in administration and team management, she excels at making quick decisions, generating fresh ideas, and building new connections.

Nida's major is Public Communication, that's why speaking and writing isn't unfamiliar for her. Since teenage years, she's been expressing herself through volunteering where she realised that Communication is suitable for her. That's why at IVAIGO she's a text editor.
